Summer 2011 – It was a rainy day on Waupoos Island, Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada., a small island in Lake Ontario that has only few houses on it, including a church and no cars, at least no cars with licenses plates that drive on the island’s only road – Waupoos Island Lane.
